21 Day Nutrition Challenge: may 4-may 25 2015

May 4th- Baseline WOD

Free Challenge, prizes will be awarded at end of 21 days

Nutrition Rules:

  • Only eat foods on the approved list for 21 days
  • Track your food and WODs and record your points daily (a food journal is not mandatory but encouraged)
  • Must eat min 4 meals per day (including snack or approved supplements)
  • Feel free to take before and after pictures

Point System:

  • Every day that you eat clean = 5 points
  • Every WOD = 5 points
  • 2 Wods in 1 day = 2 additional points

Foods you can eat:

  • Meat
  • Poultry
  • Seafood
  • Eggs
  • Vegetables
  • Fruits
  • Nuts, seeds
  • Almond/soy milk, unsweetened
  • Legumes- *no salt added
  • Buckwheat, quinoa, oatmeal
  • EVOO, Coconut oil
  • Plain yogurt/greek yogurt
  • PB, almond butter
  • Tea, coffee
  • Ezekiel bread/Sprouted Grain
  • Kill Cliff/KC Bars
  • Salsa
  • Mustard/ketchup (no sugar added), soy sauce
  • Butter/cheese use sparingly
  • 3 alcoholic beverages per week (cannot save up days)
  • 1 Tbsp of either honey, dark chocolate of at least 70% cacao, agave nectar, 100% pure maple syrup is okay/daily

**We are eliminating all processed foods- no chips/cookies/anything with SUGAR added. We want all natural ingredients, things you can’t pronounce are most likely not good for you and not approved for this challenge. This is only 21 days, we can do it!

Foods you can’t eat:

  • No pasta
  • No white potatoes, corn
  • No sugar, splenda, sweet-n-low or other artificial sweetener 
  • No bread (except Ezekiel bread)
  • No rice (brown or white)
  • No fruit juice, soda, Gatorade, energy drinks, etc.
  • No crackers, chips, candy, etc.
  • No fast food (except salad)
  • No cereal
  • No fried or breaded foods
  • No unhealthy oils (vegetable, canola, corn, soybean, peanut oil)
  • No artificial products/preservatives or processed foods
